The Venice Grand Canal

My mom suggested to take photos of this new mall in Taguig city. It was a Sunday afternoon when we went there and it was teeming with shoppers, field trip students and families enjoying the weekend. I was told that DSLR cameras were allowed in most premises, and I found many foreign tourists at the mall who were also taking photos with their DSLR’s. I was fascinated by the colors, architecture, and themes of the mall. This is where I took the photos of the following: RAINBOW, CUBES, CHANDELIER, LOOK UP, FAÇADE, LOOK THROUGH, HEARTS, LAMP. We went outside the mall to take the photo titled SMILE. It was around 4PM and we had a quick snack and then I propped my tripod in one of the spots at the mall to wait for the sunset. At around 6PM, a free show was held at the mall, they used the bridge as their stage. At this time, I took the photo “THE BRIDGE” where the show was taking place. Before we call it a day, I went to the façade of mall once again and did a long exposure shot of the traffic while there is still a glimpse of sunset, the photo “VEINS 3” was shot in this area. My mom took photos of me while doing the long exposure. Afterwards, 2 guards approached and politely asked us to stop taking photos and obtain permit. I then followed their request and packed my tripod and camera. We decided to call it a day and went home.
